Ms Dana Min

Deputy Director for CTC Far-East Asia Ministry Engagement (South Korea focus)

Dana M. serves as the Deputy Director for Far East Asia Ministry Engagement (South Korean Focus) at Christ Theological College (CTC). In this role, she advances partnerships, builds ministry networks, and develops initiatives engaging Korean and Asian diaspora communities in the United Kingdom.

Dana is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Christian Counsellor, and the founder of Therapy Tent, her UK-based private practice. Her work centres on mental health, healing, and identity, integrating psychological insight with a Christ-centred vision of restoration. She holds a particular interest in theological anthropology in Christ, emphasising the renewed identity and calling of the believer.

She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester and a Master’s degree in Research in Psychology from the University of Oxford. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). Alongside her clinical practice, she has served as a volunteer counsellor with Cruse Bereavement Support since the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting individuals and families navigating bereavement.

Dana is currently in the process of establishing a Biblical Counselling Foundation bridging the United Kingdom and South Korea. Through this cross-national collaboration, she seeks to introduce theologically grounded counselling training into Korean church contexts, raise and equip leaders, and strengthen churches to provide gospel-centred pastoral care for both local and diaspora communities.

Dana is a mother of two and has faithfully served in her local church community for over 17 years. She serves at the intersection of faith, psychology, and cross-cultural ministry, with a commitment to cultivating resilient leaders and Christ-centred transformation across generations and cultures.
